mar2000b.jpg (17962 bytes)The CPCU Society normally files the workshops, seminars and broadcast sessions for CE credits in most states that have a CE requirement. Those in attendance can expect to earn CPD credits. The Society will also file for CLE credits upon request. Registration costs varies but is usually discounted for CPCU Society members and further discounted if also CPD-Qualified. To register, or for more information about any of the programs offered by the Society, call (800) 932-2728 between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. EST. During the 1999-2000 Chapter year (July 1, 1999-2000) we successfully co-hosted 5 seminars:

September 30-October 1, 1999 Symposium at the Philadelphia Marriott, "Changes and Challenges in the 21st Century". This session was co-sponsored by the Society's Reinsurance section and not the Chapter.   However, the Chapter supported it in our Chaptergram and at our sessions.
November 30, 1999 Workshop at the Doubletree Hotel, Broad & Locust Sts., Philadelphia, "The Commercial Account".
February 1, 2000 - Live satellite broadcast 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. "Hidden Liabilities from Mergers and Acquisitions". 
March 1, 2000 Workshop at the Doubletree Hotel, Broad & Locust Sts., Philadelphia, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. "Commercial Property Policy Changes".
May 8, 2000 - "Mathematics of Risk Management", Holiday Inn near the airport.
