1. Employment Practices Liability Seminar

Over the past few years there has been a tremendous increase in the complexity of the employer-employee relationship. Managing people is a difficult task and one that can end in litigation. The external pressures in terms of eroding common law, increasing complex statutes and court decisions have made it necessary to address this element of risk for corporate clients. 2. The New Elevation Certificate for Rating Flood Insurance

The Elevation Certificate is familiar to all insurance professionals who write flood insurance through the National Flood Insurance Program. A number of changes in this form have been introduces and the agents and underwriters’ role has changed as a result.
