In the interest of providing our Chapter members with as much information as possible, we post the minutes of our Board of Directors meetings on this website.  Until officially approved by the Chapter Board of Directors, the most current month may be in draft format and posted as such with a notation "Subject to Board approval".   Otherwise, without such notation, the minutes you view have been approved.  We began posting with the January 1999 minutes.   Just click on the link in the left margin and we will take you to the posted minutes of that particular meeting.
